The 2013 Holiday Show
East Shore Gallery is delighted to offer you a robust Holiday Gift Show with art that is both affordable and skilled. We have 42 artists, 21 of whom have never shown with us, or not shown in years. We are confident that you will find gifts for everyone on your shopping list.
We have a new soap vendor, Soap Works Studio. They have some amazing soap fragrances like Flannel PJs and Cranberry Harvest. Smells good enough to eat. They have mini-bar sets and some gift sets in cute watering cans. If your hands are dry, come test out their amazing salve.
We have a large selection of holiday cards and cards for other occasions as well. You could fill up your card box for the whole year and never have to hit the store!
On the tree are unusual ornaments by several different artists. Be sure to check out Chandler O'Leary’s letterpress birds and sushi. These are hand-carved, then printed, then cut out, then hand-painted! Be sure to stop by to view these small treasures.
New this year, are savory spice samplers sets, bean soup mixes, and hot chocolate mixes – all made with fair-market, organic (where available) ingredients. Great as gifts (stocking stuffers perhaps?) or to cook up for a dinner at home.
If you are a fan of scarves, check out this fabulous artist’s work online, then come touch the real thing! Hans Christensen. Stunning. The fabric art presented this year is delightful, from those scarves, to some fun and functional bags, to mittens and socks, to felted designs on wool sweaters and jackets.
David Roseburg’s handmade clocks made from his black and white photos then inked onto metal are so cool, some are traditional images, others will please that lovable geek in your family. Cool-Woods is back with some beautiful clocks too, in addition to the funky book-ends and boxes made from bowling balls ... so much fun for the bowler on your list.
From amazing jewelry, to fun airtight/waterproof/fireproof recycled ammunition canister dog treat boxes (guaranteed to keep the treats safe from hungry dogs,) to mosaic mirrors, and cave paintings, we have it all. We look forward to sharing these artists’ work with the East Shore community.
We are pleased to accept credit and debit card payments for purchases over $25, and cash or check for all purchases.
